3. Appointments and Policies

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person at our Aldergrove clinic.
  • Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
  • Consultations: Certain treatments require a consultation to determine suitability. We reserve the right to decline a treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for you.

4. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for in-clinic payments.
  • Pricing: All prices listed exclude applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Upfront Payment: For certain treatments or packages, full payment may be required at the time of booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service cost.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of our treatments, refunds are not provided for completed services. Unused prepaid packages may be refunded at our discretion.

  • No Guarantees: All services are provided on an “as is” basis, with no guarantees or warranties regarding outcomes. Individual results may vary.
  • Responsibility: Skinholic Aesthetics & Laser is not liable for adverse reactions or injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions.
  • Release of Liability: By using our services, you accept full responsibility for your well-being and agree to release us from liability within the limits of applicable laws.
