Appointments and Policies
- Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online, via phone, or in person at our Langley Twp clinic.
- Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling.
- Consultations: Certain treatments require a consultation to determine suitability. We reserve the right to decline a treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for you
Payment Terms
- Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash for in-clinic payments.
- Pricing: All prices listed exclude applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Upfront Payment: For certain treatments or packages, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the booked service cost.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of our treatments, refunds are not provided for completed services. Unused prepaid packages may be refunded at our discretion.
