Microneedling w/ Exosomes
Microneedling creates thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin. The channels themselves are not the treatment; the repair response they prompt is, and that response is what lays down new collagen over the months afterwards.
Adding exosomes changes the window. Serums are applied while the channels are still open, so the signalling ingredients are delivered into the skin rather than sitting on top of it. Clients commonly report that recovery feels shorter than with microneedling alone.
It is a treatment that rewards patience. The visible change builds over weeks and months as collagen forms, not in the days after the appointment.
How the session runs
Needle depth is set by your practitioner according to the area and what is being treated; scarring on the cheeks is not approached at the same depth as fine texture around the eyes.
The device is passed over the skin in sections, creating the micro-channels. Exosome serum is then applied immediately, while the channels remain open and receptive.
The skin is left flushed and warm, similar in appearance to mild sunburn. That generally settles within a day or two, and your practitioner will tell you what is normal for the depth used on you.
