Korean Head Spa
The Korean head spa approach treats the scalp as skin, because it is. We pair that philosophy with HydraFacial MD, using the same cleanse, extract and hydrate technology applied to facial skin, on the scalp instead.
That means product build-up, oil and flaking are lifted properly rather than massaged around, and hydrating actives are delivered afterwards. Most clients describe the result as a scalp that feels genuinely clean for the first time in a while.
The ritual elements (massage through the scalp, neck and shoulders) are a real part of it rather than decoration. This is the treatment people book when they want the clinical result and the hour of calm.
What the session involves
The session begins with an assessment of the scalp: oil levels, flaking, sensitivity and any build-up around the hairline and part.
HydraFacial MD is then used across the scalp: cleansing and gentle exfoliation, extraction of build-up from around the follicles, and infusion of hydrating actives.
Massage through the scalp, neck and shoulders follows, and the session finishes with a scalp treatment suited to what was found at the assessment.
